1. Registration and Training Commencement

Upon successful registration, the organisation (NILDS) will share the official training start date and relevant joining details with the registered candidate.

Registration is considered complete only after full payment of the training fee.

2. Attendance and Participation

• Candidates are required to maintain a minimum of 95% attendance throughout the duration of the training program in order to be eligible for the final assessment.
• Attendance will be monitored for every session. Failure to meet the attendance requirement will result in disqualification from the final assessment.
• Uninformed absences or repeated tardiness may lead to expulsion from the training program.

3. Training Mode and Technical Requirements

• All training sessions will be conducted online via Zoom.
• Candidates must download and install Zoom prior to the commencement of the training.
• A stable internet connection is mandatory to ensure uninterrupted participation. NILDS will not be responsible for any loss of learning due to poor connectivity or technical issues on the candidate’s side.
• Candidates are required to keep their camera turned on throughout each session.

4. Code of Conduct

• Candidates must maintain a professional demeanor at all times during the training.
• Appropriate professional attire is mandatory for all sessions.
• Participants must attend sessions from a quiet and distraction-free environment.
• Respectful communication is expected towards instructors, facilitators, and fellow participants.
• The use of foul, abusive, or discriminatory language is strictly prohibited.
• Any form of misbehavior, harassment, or disrespect will result in immediate expulsion from the program without refund.
• Candidates must complete all tasks, assignments, and assessments assigned by the instructor within the stipulated deadlines.

5. Disciplinary Action

NILDS reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion, in case of:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Non-compliance with attendance or participation requirements
• Misconduct or unprofessional behavior during sessions

6. Certification and Assessment

Eligibility for certification and final assessment is contingent upon:

• Meeting the minimum attendance requirement (95%)
• Completion of all assignments and participation in required activities
• Adherence to all behavioral and professional standards set by NILDS

7. Liability Disclaimer

• NILDS will not be liable for any technical issues, data loss, or connectivity problems experienced by the candidate.
• NILDS reserves the right to modify the schedule, instructors, or session format if necessary. Any such changes will be communicated in advance.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the training program, the candidate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
