Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Overview

The National Institute of Learning and Development Services (NILDS) conducts online training programs and courses only. We do not sell or deliver any physical goods or materials. All our services, including course access, study materials, and certificates, are provided digitally.

2. Mode of Delivery

• All training sessions are conducted online via secure platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
• Joining details, session links, and related materials are shared with registered participants through email or official communication channels.
• No physical shipping or delivery is required or applicable for any NILDS program.

3. Access to Training Materials

• Participants will receive training details, schedules, and digital resources via their registered email ID once the registration and payment processes are completed.
• Course materials, presentations, or digital certificates (if applicable) will be shared electronically after completion of the training program.
• Candidates are responsible for providing accurate and active contact details to ensure timely receipt of all communications.

4. Delivery Timeline

• Access credentials or joining details are generally delivered within 2–5 working days of successful registration and payment confirmation.
• Completion certificates (where applicable) are issued digitally within 7–10 working days after successfully completing the training and fulfilling all requirements.

5. Non-Delivery Due to Candidate Error

• NILDS will not be responsible for delays or non-receipt of course details due to incorrect email addresses, spam filtering, or communication issues on the candidate’s end.
• Candidates are encouraged to check their spam/junk folders or contact the NILDS support team if they do not receive joining information within the stated timeline.
