Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At the National Institute of Learning and Development Services (NILDS), we are committed to delivering high-quality online training programs. As our sessions involve advance scheduling, trainer allocation, and limited seat availability, we maintain a clear and transparent cancellation and refund policy.

No refund requests will be entertained once the registration process has been completed.

2. Cancellation by Candidate

• Once registration and payment are completed, the training fee is non-refundable.
• Requests for cancellation made before the commencement of the training may be considered for rescheduling or course credit, at the sole discretion of NILDS.
• No refund or transfer will be issued for cancellations made after the training has started.
• If a candidate fails to attend the training (no-show), the full fee amount will be forfeited.
• No refunds will be issued in cases where the candidate fails to meet any of the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document.

3. Rescheduling Requests

• Participants may request to defer or reschedule their training at least 7 days prior to the start date.
• Approval of rescheduling requests is subject to seat availability and management discretion.
• Only one-time rescheduling is permitted per registration.

4. Cancellation by NILDS

• In the unlikely event that NILDS cancels the training program, candidates will receive a full refund of the paid amount.
• NILDS reserves the right to postpone or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances such as trainer unavailability, technical issues, or operational requirements.
• In such cases, candidates will be given the option to:
  • Transfer to the next available training batch at no additional cost, or
  • Receive a full refund of the training fee.

5. Refund Processing

• If a refund is approved by NILDS (in exceptional cases), it will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
• Any applicable processing fees, taxes, or transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Non-Transferability

All fees paid to NILDS are non-transferable to another individual or training batch. Each registration is valid only for the registered candidate and the specified program schedule.
