Monika Donegan is a seasoned training and development professional with over 25 years of cross-industry experience, known for her dynamic leadership and unwavering passion for human capital development. She began her career in the hospitality sector in 2000 as a trainer and quickly ascended into management roles, setting the foundation for a distinguished journey in organizational learning.Throughout her career, Monika has contributed to a diverse range of industries including Hospitality, IT, Intellectual Property, Education, Glamour, Bollywood, BPO, KPO, and Aviation. Her expertise lies in designing and delivering industry-specific learning strategies,managing pan-India training operations, and leading high-performing teams across large-scale corporate environments.Her most recent corporate tenure was with IndiGo Airlines, where she served asCommunication Training Manager, spearheading initiatives to elevate communication standards across the organization. Her strategic approach and linguistic acumen made a measurable impact on operational efficiency and employee engagement.
